CNC Turner required for busy precision engineering company, they are offering the successful candidate between £9-11.00 per hour, the ideal candidate will need to be compotent in reading and analyzing technical drawings. We currently have a candidate in their and these are his skills the client told me that they were looking for somebody as good as him · Setting and programming MAZAK (QT 10, QT6, SQT200 MS, SQT200) with drive MAZATROL and Manurhin-Swing lathe machine with Fanuc 160 · Able to program Manurhin-Swing · Processing wide range elements of stainless, acid proof and black steel, brass, aluminum, titanium · Making 4 - 40 mm details in diameter of 0,02 - 0,2 mm tolerances · Operating measurement equipment - universal workshop tools and optical microscope· Ability to visualize finished products · Changing tools and settings in the machines and making corrections to parts· Reading technical drawings well
