We are seeking enthusiastic and target driven individuals to join our expanding retentions department. The role involves contacting customers that may be looking to cancel their services for a variety of reasons. Using objection handling and negotiation skills you will explore the issues leading up the cancellation request with the purpose of resolving these issues and retaining the services. This role offers excellent variety in the range of issues that advisors will need to discuss and full training on these will be provided.

Requirements
Direct experience in a customer retentions role is not necessary, but advantageous. Applicants who have gained experience within a call centre, sales, customer services or credit control background are also welcome to apply. Applicants should be able to demonstrate excellent customer care and service skills and a customer focused attitude. Strong communication and negotiation skill are essential and target driven, self motivating individuals will thrive in this role. Full training on our database systems will be provided.
